# Rating outcomes

### If the customer selects Bad

* Feedback is routed internally to administrators
* No public review request is triggered

### If the customer selects Okay or Good

* Feedback is captured internally
* Review redirection may depend on your company configuration

### If the customer selects Great

* The customer may be offered an optional tip if tipping is enabled by your company
* The customer may be redirected to an external review platform

> This rating logic helps protect your company reputation by filtering negative experiences before any public review requests are sent.
