# Adding media

### Available options

* Take Photo
* Record Video
* Record Voicemail
* Add Photo from Gallery

### To add media

1. Select the desired media option
2. Capture or upload the media
3. Add a description if required
4. Repeat as needed

### What your media should cover

* Areas treated
* Perimeter walkthrough
* Pest activity observed
* Preventative measures applied
* Explanation of the completed work

> If Proof of Service is a tracked performance metric, failing to submit required media may impact your performance scoring depending on your administrator's configuration.
