# Quick start

Follow these 6 steps to complete a service from start to finish.

### Step 1: Sign in

1. Open the app and enter your credentials
2. Tap Sign In
3. You will land on the Home screen showing your performance summary and recent activity

### Step 2: Review key tabs

Before heading out, check the following tabs:

* **Home** to view your performance score, average rating, recent activities, feedback, and tips
* **Wallet** to view and manage your earnings including tips and performance-based bonuses
* **Feedback** to review customer ratings and comments
* **Rank** to monitor your KPI performance and leaderboard position

### Step 3: Open the Service tab

1. Tap the Service tab from the bottom navigation bar
2. Your assigned routes and services will sync automatically
3. Select a completed service to begin

### Step 4: Choose a feedback method

If the customer is present, show them your QR code to scan.

If the customer is not present, open the service and proceed with proof of service documentation.

### Step 5: Capture proof of service

* Take photos
* Record a short video
* Record a voicemail walkthrough
* Select a note template if enabled

### Step 6: Submit the service summary

1. Tap Submit to send the service summary and feedback link
2. All documentation will automatically sync with your field service software
