**Can a customer edit their rating after submitting?**

No. Ratings cannot be changed once submitted.

**When are bonuses finalized?**

Bonuses are calculated and finalized at the end of each goal cycle.

**Does uploading media use mobile data?**

Yes, if you are not connected to Wi-Fi.

**Why are my rewards not updating immediately?**

Some performance data depends on integration sync timing and may not update instantly.
