# Troubleshooting

| Issue                       | Possible cause                     | What to do                                                                                                                                                                                                                           |

| Service not syncing         | Weak internet connection           | Check your connection and tap Refresh                                                                                                                                                                                                |

| Media not uploading         | Poor signal or app is backgrounded | Tap **Pause Upload** in the Service tab and wait until you have a stronger connection, then tap **Resume Upload**. Keep the app open while uploads are in progress. If an upload fails, a retry button will appear next to the item. |
| Rewards not updating        | Metric is below minimum threshold  | Improve your KPI performance to reach the minimum threshold                                                                                                                                                                          |
| Not receiving tips          | Bank account not linked            | Go to Profile and connect your bank account                                                                                                                                                                                          |
