# Before You Start

Before initiating a verification, confirm the following:

* The sale is completed and the contract is signed in FieldRoutes
* Customer information is correct
* The customer is present or reachable
* Camera and microphone permissions are enabled on your device
* The customer understands the call will be audio and video recorded
